Entitlement to Free School

From 6th April 2009 pupils are
eligible for free school meals if their parents or carers are in receipt
of one of the following:
Income support
Income based Job seeker's Allowance
Child Tax Credit, but not Working Tax Credit, with an income of
less than £16,190.00
support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
The children in P.1, and their parents, were invited to come together
for the children's first School lunch.
It was great to see such a good turnout for this event, which introduces
pupils, and parents, to this new experience.
