Open Afternoon

Many thanks to all the parents who were able to come into school today for our open afternoon. This gave the pupils the chance to show their family all their hard work and the learning that has taken place.

Refreshments were served and it was a very relaxing event. I was certainly impressed with the VIP tour the pupils gave!

Thank you also for the feedback you gave us on the event. I am delighted to see how big a hit ‘The Titanic’ has been as a context for learning. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed teaching the pupils this theme and have also learned some new facts too!
