Primary 1 Uniform Order Form

School Uniform – School uniform is normally sold from the school on a Friday however this is not possible at the moment. In order to start school we have made provision with the Parent Council for each child to buy 1 polo shirt and 1 sweatshirt or cardigan in advance of term starting. More will be available through the usual uniform shop. Please return the form by post, with your cheque made payable to “Hazlehead Parent Council” and clearly marked Uniform Order – this will greatly assist our volunteers.
