P2S – 2022/23
Our Creative World
We have had a fantastic start to our creativity topic in P2S. We decided to change around our classroom to make more opportunities to be creative in our play. Here are some photos of us exploring the new layout.
Pilot Talk
Yesterday we were really lucky to get the chance to have a Google Meet with a pilot as part of our Cross Curricular learning! He talked to us about how he does his job and he showed us everything he takes with him every time he flies somewhere. We also had some fantastic questions from some children across the 2 classes.
We have been so busy this term, especially with our Space Cross Curricular topic. We have really enjoyed learning about astronauts, the solar system and day and night. To finish off our topic we had to answer a final Big Question which was “What is out in space?”. The children chose their own way to answer the question and we had some fantastic creations! Here are a few examples:
We were then lucky enough to go to a P3 class to share our learning with them. Some children from our class were very brave and came up to talk. We then listened to some children from P3 too. Here are a few photos of some people who came up:
