Science – Materials Investigation

In Science we have been learning about different types of materials and their uses in society. To put materials to the test, we decided to use them to keep a jar of water warm. The jar represented a ’Robin’ who was needing a nice cosy bird nest (materials wrapped round) What material would keep the water the warmest? We used thermometers to test out the results! The winner was… the jar wrapped in wool!
