Our P7 Footballers Employ Their New Sweeper System

Ah, Saturday was a day to challenge the hardiest of footballers and football fans.

Hazlehead Hawks played an  AFCCT game against St Josephs Real.. First time we’ve played each other in 7 asides. Game played in great spirit, on a decent surface & watched by a good crowd, despite the weather.

Our new ‘sweeper’ was deployed for the first time. Signed last season for exactly these conditions & played a blinder just before kick off…!!
