This 6 week outdoor workshop will take place on Monday 3rd, 10th ,17th, 24th of June and 1st, 8th July from 9.30-11.30pm at The Grove, Hazlehead.

These sessions support self-reflection while developing new skills and finding ways to implement self-care into parent’s lives.

Some of the craft activities include:

· Collaging

· Colour dying

· Eco-printing

· Mandala making

. Flower making

This course is delivered by Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council and is only open to parents living in Aberdeen city.

This ticket is a note of interest. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite, you will be emailed a registration form that you must complete to secure your place on the course.

All of our courses are free to attend.

Warm Clothing and sensible Foot Wear are recommended.
