Active Schools and Sports Survey
As part of the ongoing development of PE & extra curricular sport at school the following survey has been created. Could I ask that if your child has benefited from the wide array of activities on offer that you take 10-15 minutes with your child to complete the online survey. The school in partnership with active schools will use the responses to develop the programme for next school year. The school are looking for a 50% return so with 254 pupils at clubs this year we would like to see a minimum of 127 completed surveys. Thanks in advance for your time on behalf on Mrs Jones 🙂
